Swith & Wesson limited edition bowie knife that was made by Stewart Taylor and Sons. The bowie commemorates the 180th anniversary of the Texas Rangers and comes in a gorgeous, wooden display case with a boldly etched glass top. It's of excellent quality with no plexiglass here. The knife is also of excellent quality.

The knife has never been used, carried, or sharpened the knife is in perfect condition. The case has just light storage wear with a couple scuffs here and there. It's a well made case and very heavy.

This is a large, solid, and heavy knife that displays excellent craftsmanship. The thick blade was beautifully ground and features a satin finish. The blade is boldly etched with the Texas Ranger's logo and anniversary banner. The blade is numbered "0434" and the ricasso stamped "Smith & Wesson Custom." The thick oval guard is also of stainless with a satin finish. The pinned handles are of gorgeous hardwood and have an "old-world" look and style. The handles are beautifully grained and were skillfully executed with a very clean look.

The knife is very solid and tight. It feels excellent in the hand and is very well balanced.

This is a large knife that measures 12-5/8" in overall length. The blade is just under 8".
