I. Each of the seven knives represent a battle in WWII history.
The D-Day Invasion is represented by the U.S. Army Folder.
The Battle of Midway is represented by the U.S. Navy Folder.
The Precision Bombing of Germany is represented by the U.S. Army Air Force Folder.
The battle of Iwo Jima is represented by the U.S. Marine Corps Folder.
All Amphibious Landings is represented by the U.S. Coast Guard Folder.
The Murmansk Run is represented by the U.S. Merchant Marine Folder.
Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941 (Battleship Row) is represented in the bowie knife.
II & III. The wood display case holds all seven knives. A red felt is the backing for the set and
is inlayed. a strap holds each knife in place. The bottom of the case has a black backing to protect
the wood. The case comes with a Skeleton key to lock / unlock the case.
IV. The video (VHS) to the best of our knowledge has never been played or viewed. It's a "mini-documentary"
tape produced under the the direction of Brigadier General Stanley M. Ulanoff using authentic footage and narration
of each blade scene.
V. The small leather bound book contains seven chapters. Each chapter is a history of each battle or mission
written by World War II historian, Brigadier General Stanley M. Ulanoff, Retired. Chapter 1 - Pearl Harbor, Chapter 2 - D-Day,
Chapter 3 - The Battle of Midway, Chapter 4 - The Air War Against Germany, Chapter 5 - The Battle of Iwo Jima,
Chapter 6 - Invasion-Amphibious Assult and Chapter 7 - The Murmansk Run.
VI. A Letter from Walter Gardiner, President at the time of Imperial Schrade Corp describing the set, with the orignal reservation card.
There is also a letter from Brigadier General John S.D. Eisenhower AUS, Retired. It describes his importance with the development of this
military knife set. Both letters are signed. 3 packs of these envelopes (1 unopened).
